A recap of who’s headed where in Canadian marketing and communications.

Twist Marketing in Calgary hired EUAN RETALLACK as an art director. He joined the agency from Scout Communications, where during his tenure, he held the art director, graphic designer and production lead positions. Prior to that, he worked as a production and graphic designer for Highwood Communications.

Ariad Communications hired DENNIS MATHEW as an account director and NADIM KIANI as a technical director. The agency also promoted LISA LEWIS to senior account director.

PASCAL DE DECKER joins Taxi Montréal as executive creative director, effective Sept. 3. De Decker was most recently the vice-president and creative director at PALM + HAVAS. During his nearly two-decade career he has led campaigns for clients such as McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Bank of Montreal, Volkswagen, VIA Rail, Molson Dry, and General Motors.

The Prolific Group in Winnipeg hired ISAAC GUTWILIK as its marketing coordinator. Gutwilik spent 12 years in the design & pre-press industry in New York, where he served accounts such as MasterCard, Calvin Klein, Revlon, Pfizer, Pepsi, NBC, Lifetime, Museum of Natural History, and Dupont.
