Marketing Daily Delivery Issues

Having trouble receiving your AM and/or PM Daily eNewsletters? We can help. Here’s a check list of solutions that may solve the problem. We suggest that you try the suggestions on this list before you call, as it’s the best and most efficient way to resolve most delivery issues:

  1. Before you do anything else please check your spam filters. We may be caught in there. It happens.
  2. If you are a subscriber to Marketing magazine make sure you have renewed your subscription. You can do that here by logging in and checking your account status.
  3. Make sure that the email address where we are sending Marketing Daily is your current one. Again you can do that here by logging in.
  4. Check to see if the following email address is “white listed” in your email application or included in your contact list. You may need someone from your IT department to help you out. Here’s the address: webmaster@email.Marketingmag.ca
