Anne Joyce is the Director of Marketing for Sennheiser Canada, a subsidiary of the Sennheiser Group which includes the brands Sennheiser, Neumann and Klein+Hummel. Anne is responsible for the advancement and effective implementation of Sennheiser Canada’s marketing which includes strategic planning, channel marketing, public relations, sponsorship, events and new media. Anne maintains the management oversight for the marketing team’s daily activities and other related regulatory matters and is a member of the Sennheiser Global Marcom Task Force, a committee assembled to build strategy for the Sennheiser brand internationally. Anne began her career in the hospitality industry where networking led to a sales position representing Rougier, a Canadian pharmaceutical firm. Anne’s creative PR brought her territory to number one in sales nationally. In 1996 she diversified, joining the board of directors for the Nova Scotia Country Music Association and was assigned the marketing portfolio. This led to the creation of the Nova Scotia Music Awards, a significant boost in the association’s membership and the launch of Anne’s career as a marketer and an executive when she became the first Executive Director of the East Coast Music Association and Awards in 1999. In 2001, Anne opened Sure Shot Promotion, a marketing firm based in Halifax. She has built a solid reputation as an effective marketer, strategist and event planner nationally. Her international network and industry relationships are a powerful contribution to sponsorship, partnerships and B2B Communications for events and organizations. Anne joined Sennheiser Canada in 2007. She resides in Montreal and is the proud mother of two sons. |
