BC Children’s Hospital has named Dare Vancouver its agency of record.
It’s an extension of a partnership that began about a year ago after the hospital’s long-time agency TBWA\Vancouver filed for creditor protection in Feb. 2011.
Dare was appointed after a full account review, said Sandy Fleischer, senior vice-president and managing partner at Dare.
The first project was developing an e-philanthropy initiative, followed by a website at Bcchf.ca.
“Now we have a broader mandate as an agency of record,” he said. “Everything from working on the brand strategy to advancing that brand and taking it to market.”
“[Dare’s] strategic thinking demonstrates a strong understanding of our needs, and we believe that Dare has the perfect blend of experience to help us achieve our goals,” said Debora Sweeney, vice-president and chief strategy officer at BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, in a statement.
