Former Marketing publisher LUCY COLLIN has popped up as the new vice-president of marketing and innovation, integrated sales at Bell Media. Collin left Marketing in September after seven years working within Rogers Publishing. Prior to her time at Rogers, Collin worked at Corus Entertainment and CBC Television.
TONY CHAPMAN announced he’s stepping away from the day-to-day operations at Capital C, the Toronto-based agency he founded 32 years ago. As a result, JASON WEST was promoted to managing director, client services, RICK CHIARELLI was named managing director, growth and innovation and GARY WATSON was made chief creative officer.
M2 appointed ROBIN LEGASSICKE as its new vice-president, client business partner to oversee new business as well as strategy and planning for clients including Wendy’s Canada, Wind Mobile and Sleep Country Canada. The agency also promoted ANDREA PARNELL to SVP, managing director.
Punch Canada, a Toronto-based public relations and marketing communications agency, promoted MARELA LUCERO-LEE from senior account manager to account director, and also promoted LISA RAFFAELE from senior consultant to account manager.
Precision in Montreal appointed MELISSA MALOUL its public relations director. Maloul was most recently associate director of public relations and marketing at the Segal Centre for Performing Arts. She has also held positions at Cohn & Wolfe and LG2.
