@Jonathon: Straight up rip-off!? heh, sure it’s black, white and blue but that’s where the similarities end. Everything else is different. Please educate yourself before commenting.

@Max: You obviously haven’t seen the inside of the sleeve which Rethink has since conveniently removed from their site, but luckily you can still see it here:http://theartistandhismodel.com/2011/04/rest-of-the-story-by-rethink/

I even took the time to put them side by side for you: http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/5805/story4w.jpg

Let me know if you still feel the same.

Great concept. Too bad the actual design is a straight up rip-off of Oliver Munday’s work for 826DC.

On that fact alone I don’t think this work should be awarded in any show.

Congrats Rethink! I’m a long-time admirer.
A great concept beautifully executed. I will definitely check out a live copy next time I’m in store. Anyone interested in seeing a little more detail should go to their site http://rethinkcanada.com/our-work/archive/chris-tarry/2011/design/album-packaging/
