Watch This: Rocking the recorder for back-to-school (Target)

Target is kicking off its first Canadian back-to-school season with three television commercials that position the cheap chic retailer as the one-stop shop with the tagline, “School takes a lot. Target has it all.”
“This is Target’s first back to school season here in Canada, and we are excited to show our Canadian guests our vast product assortment and incredible value,” John Morioka, Target’s senior vice-president, merchandising, said in a release.
In addition to the TV spots, Target is also running a Facebook promotion from Aug. 13 – 19 that encourages parents to upload pictures that show off their kids unique style using the #KidsGotStyle Facebook app. Select participants will be chosen at random to receive Target gift cards.
