Marketing had a chat with Faris Yakob, chief innovation officer of MDC Partners and founding partner of Spies & Assassins, at last week’s NXNE conference in Toronto about the importance of context in location-based marketing.

Yakob urges marketers to use data from mobile transactions to provide relevancy and solutions for their customers without inundating them with too much information.
