Very disappointing post as the content doesn’t live up to the title. There wasn’t much helpful information in the post to help companies use Twitter more effectively.

I agree. I expected more, instead of being invited to subscribe to Marketing. Fortunately I am already a subscriber, but if your headline had been in an advertisement it would have been considered misleading by the Ad Standards Council and you would be subject to reprisals. Tisk, tisk.
