Spencer brings over 30 years experience to the role, having held senior level positions at Kerbel Communications, Canadian Blood Services, Hill & Knowlton and National Public Relations where she formed its pharmaceutical group.
Spencer founded Veritas Communications in 1993 and stayed for eight years before heading client side, joining Canadian Blood Services as executive director, communications and public involvement – a role that put her at the heart of the organization’s West Nile Virus crisis initiatives.
“Jennifer represents a significant addition to our senior team and we are delighted with the depth of experience and expertise she provides to our clients, our business and our staff,” said Joseph Thornley, CEO, Thornley Fallis, in a release. “Jennifer has the richness of understanding and the big picture strategic outlook that we wanted for our team.”
