Happy to unshackle ourselves from our desks, chat with industry folk and, you know, support good causes, Marketing hit the fairways for a couple of industry golf tournaments last week.
Marketing sponsored holes at Ad Club’s Golf Day at Lionhead Golf & Country Club in Brampton on Aug. 10, then headed north to The Club at Bond Head on Aug. 11 for the Broadcast Executives Society Annual Golf Tournament.
We witnessed some stellar drives and stunt-like golf cart maneuvers but also stole some marketing, advertising and media professionals away from their teams to get answers to the following question – which is more frustrating: golf or advertising?
